MAJORITY OF HEALTH SERVICE COMPLAINTS MADE ABOUT HSE WEST

40 per cent of the total complaints made about the country's health service were made about the HSE West.The figures come from the first six months of the HSE's new complaints process.Nationwide 47 per cent of people who contacted the HSE's "Your Service Your Say" system complained of problems with treatment or service delivery.The second most common complaint was about the poor attitude of staff.Editor of Irish Health dot com Niall Hunter says the HSE West received the highest number of complaints
