LOUGHREA PROTEST AGAINST EDUCATION CUTS

A protest against education cuts gets underway in Loughrea in the next hour.
INTO President Noreen Flynn and the Galway INTO district representative Joe Killeen will give speeches to assembled protestors at 2pm.
The crowd will then march from the railway road, up main street and onto Barrack street.
They also plan to hand in a petition at the constituency office of Minister of state and Galway East TD Ciaran Cannon.
