LATIVAN AUTHORITIES CONTACTED OVER SALTHILL DEATH

The Latvian authorities have been notified following the death of a woman in Galway last month.
51 year old Irina Hursa died at her apartment in Ocean Wave Salthill sometime between the 23rd and 24th of March.
Galway Gardaí say her death is NOT being treated as suspicious, and with the assistance of Interpol, are attempting to contact her relatives in Latvia.
It's understood her body is being held at the morgue in Galway until it can be repatriated to her native homeland.
