Large residential development planned for Killaloonty Tuam

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Plans are in the pipeline for a large residential development in Tuam. Evolution Limited has applied to the county council for planning permission to demolish the existing derelict house at outbuildings at Killaloonty. In its place, the company wants to build 58 homes, made up of houses and apartments with communal open space and parking. Vehicles and pedestrians would access the development from Weir Road. A decision is due from the county council next month.
