Land prices above national average in West
Galway Bay fm newsroom - Agricultural land prices in the West increased last year, according to estate agents Ganly Walters.The company carried out a national survey of land prices for 2013.
The West, including Donegal and Clare recorded the highest national average increase in agricultural land prices last year.In the largest category, for sales of more than 200 acres of land, the average price per acre was €10,647 euro, above the national average of €10,500.
