KIERAN CUNNINGHAM MURDER ACCUSED DUE IN COURT AGAIN

A 27 year old Polish man is due to appear before Galway District Court shortly in connection with the murder of Claregalway man Kieran Cunningham. Alexsander Nadwodny of no fixed abode was charged last Wednesday (29/07/09) with the murder of the 20 year old at Williamsgate Street on June 3rd contrary to common law. He was formally charged with 20 year old Kieran Cunningham's murder at a special sitting of Galway District court last Wednesday. The accused was remanded in custody at Castlerea prison to appear before today's emergency sitting of Galway District Court.
