JUDGE ISSUES ULTIMATUM TO CONNEMARA NIGHTCLUBS

Nightclubs in Connemara have been issued with an ultimatum regarding CCTV by a Galway-based Judge.Judge Mary Fahy warned nightclub owners that no late-night exemptions will be granted to clubs unless they have functioning CCTV installed.According to today's Irish Independent, Judge Fahy made the remarks after hearing a case where CCTV footage was to be used as evidence but could not be used because the quality was so poor.
