Job losses at Cornamona company

Contech Medical has an office in the Udaras Industrial estate in Cornamona, while its US office is in Providence.It can manufacture individual medical components on a custom basis through its contract manufacturing division or supply customers with an array of existing components. In a statement, Contech medical says due to a lack of business the company is making four of its employees redundant.It adds the company is undergoing restructuring plans and that it is fully committed to supporting its existing customers and maintaining a presence in Galway.
