IPAS centre not going ahead in former Oughterard nursing home

An IPAS centre at the former Oughterard Manor nursing home will not be going ahead.
There were widespread concerns in the local community, with a public meeting this week drawing hundreds of people.
Until now, the home has been used to accommodate Ukrainian refugees.
Fianna Fail TD John Connolly says he's now received confirmation it won't be used as an IPAS centre.
