IDA HOPEFUL OF TENANT FOR LOUGHREA PREMISES

The IDA is hopeful that a single tenant will take over the former Cigna premises in the town, rather than dividing it into smaller units.

IDA Manager Jim Murren told the Town Council this week [14/3] that a lot of money had been invested in the 32 thousand square feet factory and the IDA is trying to get an employer for it.
