The Health Service Executive West is being accused of breaching Health legislation by not providing free developmental screening tests for all Galway childrenGalway East T.D Paul Connaughton says he understands that many children under the age of one in Galway have not been called for the vital screeningHe also believes that there are hundreds of children a few years old that have not been assessed at all under this scheme.
