HOUSEPRICES IN GALWAY HOLD STEADY

House prices in Galway are holding steady, despite drops in the country's two largest cities.

Cork has seen the biggest drop - a 3-bed home in the city costs 239 thousand euro on average - having plummetted 6 per cent in the past two months alone.

Meanwhile, a 3-bed home in Dublin now stands at just over 346 thousand euro - a drop of 1 point 1 per cent.
