House prices in city continue to fall
Galway Bay fm newsroom - House prices in the city are continuing to fall but at a slower rate.That's the findings of the Daft house price property report for the third quarter of this year.
It shows that the average price of a home in the city is now 158 thousand euro, down 3 percent on the same time last year.Meanwhile, the average home in the county costs about 130 thousand euro, a 10 percent drop on the 2012 figure.Asking prices across Dublin were up 7.7%, and outside the capital prices fell by 6.7%.
