Hospital Group to hold first city public board meeting
Galway Bay fm newsroom - Members of the public are invited to attend and observe a board meeting of the Galway Roscommon Hospital Group in the city tomorrow evening.
The first such public meeting of its kind takes place at the Nurses Home in UHG (June 18).
Tomorrow's city meeting follows a meeting held in Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe last month - the first since Health Minister James Reilly announced an expansion of the group.
It now includes Mayo, Letterkenny and Sligo hospitals.
The four item agenda for tomorrow's meeting opens with an address by Chairman Noel Daly.
