HOSPITAL GROUP DISTANCES ITSELF FROM GALWAY RAIL DISRUPTION

Roscommon Hospital Action group says it had no involvement in the disruption of the early morning Galway - Dublin train because of a protest.The 6.35 am Galway to Dublin train was delayed due to a protestor strapped to the railway Shannon bridge at Athlone. The man claimed he was protesting against hospital closures.
