High court hearing on Monday in Healy Eames versus Irish Daily Mail case

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Senator Fidelma Healy Eames legal action against the Irish Daily Mail is due before the High Court in Dublin on Monday. It's understood the Independent Senator, who was a Fine Gael senator at the time the articles were published, will attend the hearing. Senator Healy Eames is being represented by Paul Tweed, who's a senior partner in the UK based Johnsons Law.
