HIGH COURT CONFIRMS AER ARANN TO EXIT EXAMINERSHIP

Aer Arann is to exit examinership on Wednesday.
The High Court has today approved the Scheme of Arrangement proposed by the Examiner to the Galway-based airline, Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton.
The approval of the scheme safeguards all 320 jobs in Aer Arann and more than 200 indirect jobs in regional airports throughout Ireland.
