A Galway developer has had his plans for a Headford housing project almost halved. An appeal against his development by An Taisce has led to An Bord Pleanála granting Sean F. O'Connor permission for just 54 houses in Headford. Sean F. O'Connor had originally sought permission for 110 houses and creche on an 11 acre site along the Cong road. County planners granted him permission for just 88 houses, but now that's been further reduced to 54 by An Bord Pleanála.
