GREENSTAR LODGES APPEAL AGAINST COURT DECISION ON KILCONNELL LANDFILL

Greenstar Holdings Ltd has lodged an appeal against a court judgement which found it guilty of breaching conditions of its waste licence at the Kilconnell landfill.Earlier this month at Loughrea Court, Judge Elizabeth McGrath found that the case taken by the Environmental Protection Agency against Greenstar had been proven.
