Gort is set to get a new industrial estateJohn Fordam has got the go ahead for 8 industrial buildings on a site at Rindifin beside the N18 Galway to Limerick RoadThe development will include warehouses, storage, light industrial buildings, offices and a precast concrete plant aswell as car parking on the south side of Gort townIn allowing the industrial estate to go ahead, planners imposed 14 conditionsChief among these is that a financial contribution of over quarter of a million euro be paid to the Council as part of the Development Contributions Scheme
