A former Galway hurling star has been extradited to the UK to face charges in connection with an alleged egg fraud. Galway Bay FM News understands Gort businessman and 1987 All-Ireland Hurling winner Pearse Piggott surrendered to the British Authorities at Dublin airport this week.
