GO AHEAD FOR FURTHER EXPANSION OF BRIARHILL BUSINESS PARK

Plans to complete Briarhill Business Park in the city have got the go-ahead. James and Laurence Costello's proposal to build a mixed-use development on Site 4 of the Park has been approved. The three storey development between Galleria Designs and the Western Motors Building, will consist of an Anchor Retail Warehouse for bulky goods on the ground floor and first floor. There will be an outdoor garden centre on the ground floor, basement and surface car parking and landscaping. Traffic lights will also be installed at the junction of Briarhill Business Park entrance and Parkmore Road.
