Gardaí search for Clonbur daylight burglars
Galway bay fm newsroom - Gardaí are investigating a daylight burglary at a home in Clonbur last weekend while the occupants were in the house.
At about 1 o' clock last Saturday afternoon, the men arrived at the house claiming to be carrying out repairs.
One of the men began talking to the occupants, while the second man ransacked a bedroom.
They took about 400 euro in cash and a pension card and made their getaway in a large red van, similar to a new transit.
The van had two roof ladders attached on the top of the passenger side.
