GARDAI NOT TREATING WOMAN'S DEATH AS SUSPICIOUS

Gardai are not treating as suspicious the sudden death of a young woman in the city. Gardai were called to a house in Lios na Ruin in the Ballybane area of the city at 2pm yesterday afternoon where they discovered the woman, believe to be in her early thirties. She was rushed to UHG by ambulance but later died. The office of the state pathologist has been notified and a post mortem examination will be carried out on the body at University College Hospital later this afternoon.
