The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found a Galway solicitor not guilty of professional misconduct yesterday.Solicitor John Naughton was before the court, as it took him 11 years to administer a will. The author of the will, James Gatley, died in 1997 and bequeathed a 30-acre property in Roscommon to members of his extended family.Because of the delay, Mr Gatley's nephew John Gacquin took the case before the tribunal.Following an adjournment, expenses in the case were settled between the parties, and Mr Naughton was found not guilty of misconduct.
