GALWAY ROAD CRASH VICTIM TRANSFERRED TO DUBLIN

A woman seriously injured in a road crash near Tuam yesterday has been transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin in the past few hours.The woman, who's in her late 20's, was alone in her car when it crashed around midday on the main Tuam - Athenry road.The woman was rushed to University Hospital Galway where her condition was stabilised in the ICU unit.However a spokesperson for the HSE West, this morning confirmed she has been transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin overnight where she will receive specialised treatment for her injuries.
