Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub is inviting remote workers, hybrid workers, business owners and anyone who is interested to spend a free working day at their Society Street facility.
Manager Lyn Donnelly said spaces are limited and offered on a first come first served basis. But the free offer covers a co-working desk for the day, fast wifi, and a host on site to welcome you.
“We will help you settle in and introduce you to the hub community,” said Ms Donnelly.
Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub offers a mix of private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and privacy booths, plus a shared canteen. The free desk promotion is being run by Connected Hubs and Grow Remote as part of European Coworking Day. Eleven locations across Ireland are taking part on Wednesday 6 May 2026.
The event is part of the fourth annual European Coworking Day, a pan-European initiative organised by the European Coworking Assembly that brings coworking spaces across Europe together on a shared date to celebrate community, collaboration and the local impact of coworking. This year’s edition is expected to see hundreds of spaces taking part across more than 28 countries.
Connected Hubs is Ireland’s national hub network, supported by the Government of Ireland and led by the Western Development Commission.
In addition to Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub, 10 other hubs in counties Cork, Kerry, Wexford, Kildare, Longford, Dublin and Donegal are also taking part in this promotion.
Spaces are limited. Free tickets are available at https://bit.ly/europeancoworkingday2026
