GALWAY PUBLIC MEETING ON GOVERNMENT MORTGAGE SCHEME

An information session on the new Government First Time Buyers Loan scheme will be held in the city next week.Galway West T.D Frank Fahey is hosting the public meeting on the Home Choice Loan.Also speaking at the event will be a mortgage manager and property expert.The Home Choice Loan was announced by Finance Minister Brian Lenihan for Budget 2009.Loans of up to 285 thousand euro or 92 percent of the market value of the property will be made available.The meeting will take place at the Marriott Hotel in the city on Monday at 8pm.
