A Galway man has been named the 2008 Carer of the Year.56 year old Noel Timothy from Newcastle cares for his wife Evelyn, who has dementia.He also cares for his 27 year old son, Steven who has pyshical disabilities following a motorcycle accident 3 years ago and his 15 year old son, James, who has a moderate learning disability.He was announced as the winner at a special ceremony in Dublin last night.
