GALWAY MAN JAILED FOR SEXUAL ABUSE

A 34 year-old Galway man, convicted of sexually assaulting a boy, asked to be jailed so he can get treatment.
Thomas Kelly, of no fixed abode but originally from Galway, was jailed for one year at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
He was convicted of sexually assaulting the teenage boy after grooming him by letting him drive his car.
