GALWAY DEVELOPER CHALLENGES REFUSAL TO EXTEND CITY HOTEL

Galwayman and property tycoon John Lally is appealing a decision to curtail his plans to expand a city hotel.Mr. Lally was refused permission to expand the Harbour Hotel at the Docks last November.He is now appealing this decision to An Bord Pleanala.
