A County Councillor is questioning the lack of support by the HSE West for public nursing homes.Councillor Bridie Willers says 194 public patients were admitted to private nursing homes in 2007 at a cost of almost 12million euroCouncillor Willers is wondeing why there is nothing being done about a promised 40 bed public facility in St. Brendans Nursing Home in Loughrea.
