GALWAY BUSINESS GROUP REACHES ONE MILLION EURO MILESTONE

A local business group has generated over one million euro in trade through an inter-referral promotion scheme.

The Claddagh BNI group achieved the one million milestone after two years running the initiative.

The professional business organisation group meet weekly in Claregalway to develop their strategy of "word of mouth" marketing.

It consists of 20 business people from varying backgrounds.

Speaking to Galway Bay fm news, Director of the Claddagh Group Bernie Browne says each business works as a sales force for the other.
