Funding secured for essential therapy beds at Rosedale Special School
Galway Bay fm newsroom - Funding has been sanctioned for Rosedale Special School in Renmore for five essential therapy beds. The school caters for children with severe disabilities and has about 20 pupils at its Woodlands campus.
Galway West Labour Deputy Derek Nolan raised this issue in the Dáil last week stating that the beds are essential for the students’ personal care, comfort and hygiene. Deputy Nolan says funding has now been secured and the students now have the necessary equipment to learn in a comfortable environment.
