An employment Appeals Tribunal has heard that Dunnes Stores in Terryland monitored staff on CCTV for 77 days at its restaurant without telling them.

As a result of the monitoring, two staff members were dismissed and two others quit in 2009.

One of the dismissed workers, Katarzyna Rozbycka of Sceilg Ard, Headford Road took an unfair dismissal case.
