A previous advisor to former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, and a current UNESCO Chair will address interculturalism at a talk in NUIG next Wednesday.

Professor Jagdish Gundara will speak about diversity, inequality and how different groups in society are affected by the recession.

Professor Gundara's presentation will be followed by a response from an Irish perspective by Dr. Siobhán Mulally from the University College Cork.

The debate is part of the NUIG's Lifecourse Institute annual honorary public lecture.
