EPA CASE AGAINST GREENSTAR UNDERWAY AT BALLINASLOE COURT

A witness in a case, taken by the Environmental Protection Agency against Greenstar Recycling Holdings Ltd for alleged breaches of its waste licence, claims she had to take medication because of the effects of smells eminating from an East Galway landfill.The case is underway at Ballinasloe court this afternoon.
