EFFORT TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE IN CITY BUSINESSES

A seminar aimed at reducing the food waste of Galway businesses will take place in the City.

The seminar, which is organised by the City Council, will highlight newly introduced food waste regulations which affect pubs, restaurants, deli counters and workplace canteens.

The free event will take place on Thursday, September 30th at 10am in Lohan's Bar in Salthill.
