EAST GALWAY MAN APPEARS IN COURT IN THE NORTH OVER STOLEN STEEL

A 22 year old East Galway man has appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court in connection with the theft of up to 40 thousand euro worth of steel from the N6 construction site last month.
Patrick James Nalty of Ballinastack, was arrested by the PSNI on Monday January the 18th after driving a trailer load of N6 motorway barriers by tractor from Ballinasloe to Enniskillen.
He appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court today[15/2] in connection with the alleged theft.
No plea was entered and so the case was adjourned to Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday February 22nd.
