CRUISE LINE EXECUTIVES TOUR IN GALWAY

Cruise executives from around the world have held technical meetings with Galway Harbour Company and Fáilte Ireland about possible stopovers.

The group also took a tour of the Docklands and visited key tourist attractions in the region, such as the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher over the past few days.

Plans are being finalised for a 200 million euro redevelopment of Galway Docks, which would allow the port to facilitate the large cruise liners.
