CRAUGHWELL DEVELOPMENT GOES TO MARKET AT HALF A MILLION EURO

A landmark retail and residential development in Craughwell is up for sale with an asking price of half a million euro.

Craughwell Town Centre comprises 14 hundred square metres of ground floor space with 11 residential units on the first floor.

The Irish Independent reports that the project requires completion works and includes seven two-bed duplex units, three two-bed apartments and a one-bed.

Dublin based agents Bannon and Galway-based Mullery Auctioneers have been appointed as joint agents by asset receiver Grant Thornton.
