COURT HEARS GALWAY TD BREACHES COURT ORDER

The High Court has been told that Galway West TD Eamon O'Cuiv has been protesting at Ashford Castle in flagrant breach of a court order.

Demonstrators gathered last Friday to object to the closing off of an alleged right of way in the grounds of the five star hotel.

The demonstrators were out in force against what they say is an attempt to close the gates and extinguish an old right of way on the grounds.
