A 24 year old Loughrea man who violently sexually assaulted a nurse in a laneway in the city causing her severe head injuries will face sentencing in June.
Brian Maher of Clostoken, Loughrea pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and assault causing harm on the 16th October 2010.
