COUNTY MAYOR DISGUSTED WITH IDA ATTITUDE TO TUAM

The Mayor of County Galway has expressed shock and anger at the attitude of the Industrial Development Authority to the town of Tuam.Mayor Sean Canney is accusing the IDA of promoting Galway City as a location for industry in preference to Tuam.His accusations come after an Italian businessman complained that the IDA had discouraged him when he made enquiries about setting up a business in Tuam.
