COUNTY COUNCIL IN AIR POLLUTION INITIATIVE

Galway is among the hundreds of cities across Europe to take action against air pollution.As part of European Mobility Week, Galwegians will be given free tyre checks as part of the campaign to reduce CO2 emmissions.The initiative is being spear-headed by Galway County Council.11 tyre dealers across the county are offering the checks from Tuesday of next week until the following Monday.
