COUNCILLOR FAHY SEEKS LEAVE TO APPEAL FRAUD CONVICTION

The Court of Criminal Appeal will today decide whether to allow a Galway County Councillor to make an appeal against a previous conviction.

Ardrahan Councillor Michael Fahy is seeking leave to appeal his 2008 conviction for fraud.
