COUNCIL MEETS ANGLERS TO RESOLVE LOUGHREA LAKE SEWAGE POLLUTION

A meeting has ended between Loughrea Anglers Club and Galway county council over the human sewage pollution in Loughrea Lake. Loughrea Anglers club chairman Dermot Harrison and secretary John Maher met with County council Senior Engineer Sean Breathanach this afternoon. The meeting was facilitated by Cllr James Regan of Loughrea to discuss the latest pollution incident at Loughrea lake.
