CONTROVERSY CONTINUES IN LOUGHREA OVER BUS STOPS

No decision has yet been reached on the return of a bus stop to Loughrea's Main St. Loughrea town council was told this week the town engineer knew nothing about proposed bus stops on Main St. Engineer Adrian Raftery said he was never informed as to the plans when the main street was being re-vamped to accommodate buses and taxis.
