Contractors shortlisted for new 75-bed ward at UHG

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The contract for a new 75-bed ward at University Hospital Galway is due to be advertised shortly. Contractors, who expressed an early interest in the project at the hospital grounds in Newcastle, have now been shortlisted. It's hoped that the new ward, which will be located close to the maternity wing, will address capacity issues at the hospital.
