CLLR CONNOLLY CALLS FOR COMPLETION OF WESTERN RAIL CORRIDOR

It's vital that work on completing the Athenry to Tuam section of the Western Rail Corridor begins next year as planned.That's according to Tuam County Councillor Michael Connolly who is Vice Chairman of the Inter County Rail Committee.Councillor Connolly has made fresh calls to Transport Minister Noel Dempsey to continue with the completion of the line following proposed cuts to the project by an Bord Snip Nua.
